Each order is custom-made to your specifications, including size, color, and design preferences. In the event that you receive an item that does not fit due to incorrect sizing, we understand your disappointment. Please note that this discounted rate is only applicable for replacement items of the same design, and it is subject to availability. Shipping and handling fees may still apply.

4. Color Accuracy: While we make every effort to accurately display the colours of our products on our website, please note that colours may vary slightly due to individual monitor settings and calibration. Therefore, we cannot accept returns or exchanges based on color variations.

5. Order Modifications and Cancellations: Once an order is placed, we begin the production within 24 process to ensure timely delivery. As a result, we cannot modify or cancel orders once they have been placed. Please review your order carefully before finalizing the purchase.

6. Exceptions: The only circumstances under which we will consider accepting returns or exchanges are if we have shipped an incorrect item or if you have received a damaged or defective product.
